62 Series filter cartridge housing 3-18 filter cartridges

The 62 Series multi-cartridge filter cartridge housings are designed to hold 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 or 18 filter cartridges of up to 40 inches long. These top-opening filter cartridge housings come with a die-cast V-clamp as standard and can handle pressures of between 7 and 10 bar gauge. These filter cartridge housings feature legs and a traditional convex bottom that make them ideally suited for processes requiring full drainage of the clean environment. This design contributes to the overall hygiene of the process and simplifies system maintenance.

The 65 Series filter cartridge housings are designed to hold 3, 5 or 10 filter cartridges of up to 40 inches long. These top-opening filter cartridge housings come with Rathmann clamps as standard and can handle pressures of up to 16 bar gauge when filtering liquids and between 1.5 and 16 bar gauge when filtering gases. They are also ideally suited for fully vacuum processes and processes at temperatures between -10°C and 150°C.

The 53 Series single filter cartridge housings are ideal for sensitive environments with gas, steam and/or fluctuating pressure. These filter housings can hold both double-open-end and single-open-end filter elements. Thanks to the sturdy DIN threaded connection, they are very well-suited to various applications, such as aerosol filling lines and nitrogen purging systems in the beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The 53 Series can hold a wide range of standard filter cartridges, with filtration units of between 0.1 and 500µm and four length options (5, 10, 20 or 30 inches).
