Every situation in industry is different, and each process comes with its own design requirements. As a result, one of the standard filter housings may not fit your process — whether it involves an existing system or one still in development. In some cases, specific company standards or regulations may prevent the use of a standard housing. At BÈTA Industrie, this poses no issue. We can manufacture any type of filter housing as a custom-made solution, fully based on your specific needs and requirements.
Our custom-made filter housings can be produced for a wide range of applications. These include housings for basket filters, bag filters, cartridge filters, coalescers, catalyst recovery systems and self-cleaning filters. All designs can comply with PED 2014/68/EU, ASME VIII (with or without U-stamp), NoBo inspections, specific coatings and certifications. At BÈTA Industrie, we work with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel and a range of exotic alloys. For corrosive applications, we also supply custom housings in GRE, polypropylene, PVDF or with fluoropolymer linings.
What material are custom filter housings made of?
304-grade or 316L-grade stainless steel, plastic or special metal: we choose the material based on the chemical load, pressure and temperature of your process. We can also electropolish or apply a coating to the filter housing.
When should I choose a custom-made filter housing?
When standard solutions are not a good fit for your process. This could be the case when your process involves unusual flow rates, you have limited space available or when there are specific material or connection requirements. We can design filter housings to measure, functional and future-proof.
