To quickly meet these needs, BÈTA Industrie, in collaboration with Amazon Filters from the United Kingdom, has developed a complete line of standard filters, called the 60 Series. This series is characterized by a combination of excellent value and a short delivery time. These are filter housings that can accommodate multiple filter cartridges. This, combined with the type and length of the selected filter cartridge, determines the filter's capacity. Capacities of up to 500 m³ per hour are not uncommon.
The 61-series filter cartridge housings are compact and economically designed. This standard model is available from stock and can be delivered quickly. The housing is compatible with various types of filter cartridges, ensuring versatility across different applications.

These top-opening filter cartridge housings come with a die-cast V-clamp as standard and can handle pressures of between 7 and 10 bar gauge. These filter cartridge housings feature legs and a traditional convex bottom that make them ideally suited for processes requiring full drainage of the clean environment. This design contributes to the overall hygiene of the process and simplifies system maintenance.

The 65 Series filter cartridge housings are designed to hold 3, 5 or 10 filter cartridges of up to 40 inches long. These top-opening filter cartridge housings come with Rathmann clamps as standard and can handle pressures of up to 16 bar gauge when filtering liquids and between 1.5 and 16 bar gauge when filtering gases. They are also ideally suited for fully vacuum processes and processes at temperatures between -10°C and 150°C.

This range combines a strong price-performance ratio with short lead times. These filter housings can accommodate multiple filter cartridges. The combination of cartridge type and length determines the filter's capacity, with flow rates of up to 500 m³ per hour being entirely possible.
These housings are available with 3, 5, 10, 15, 19, 24 or 30 elements. Filter element lengths can be 10", 20", 30", 40" or up to 60". All housings are manufactured from stainless steel 316, with non-wetted parts made from stainless steel 304. Each series has specific features to meet individual process requirements.
Similar to the 63 Series but fitted with legs for easier integration into existing piping systems.
