Screening Machines vegetable processor

BÈTA industrie supplied a vegetable processor with three 60-inch vibrating sieving machines made entirely of stainless steel and fitted with a CIP cleaning system. The use of these vibratory sieving machines results in cost savings on the payment to the water board.

Reuse of water as a starting point

Costs for (waste) water continue to increase. That is why reusing water is often a good starting point to reduce your costs. Less water intake also means less waste water. The blade then cuts both ways. Re-use is not always possible, however, because legal provisions or HACCP rules prohibit this. The water will then eventually have to be discharged. The costs involved are determined by the amount of pollution units (PU) in the wastewater. That is, the dirtier the water, the higher the costs.

But these filters often do not clean the wastewater enough and are also expensive to use: they require a lot of maintenance, have a high filter consumption or require a lot of operator attention.
