Standard filter housings

Each filtration process has its own specific demands. In order to cater to these demands as fast as possible BÈTA industrie, in cooperation with Amazon Filter from the United Kingdom, has developed a complete line of standard filters, known as the 60 Series. This series is characterized by the combination of its excellent price/quality ratio and fast delivery times. The housings are designed to fit multiple filter cartridges, which, combined with the length of the chosen cartridges, determines the capacity of the filter. Due to this flexibility, capacities of over 500 m3 per hour are no exception.

Versions standard filter housings

The filter housings are available with 3, 5, 10, 15, 19, 24 or 30 elements. The length of the filter element can be 10”, 20”, 30”, 40” or a maximum of 60”. All housings are made from SS316, with parts that do not come into contact with the medium executed in SS304. Each series has its own specific properties in order to optimally fulfill your demands and wishes.

61 series

• Broadly applicable filter housing
• Freely positionable and easy to install
• V-clamp closure for quick and reliable closing
• Capacity: 3, 5, 10, 15 or 19 elements with a maximum length of 40”

62 series

• Convex bottom for complete drainage of the filter housing
• Positionable with 3 or 5-legged support to determine correct height of connections
• Usable with temperatures up to 150oC, complete vacuum or up to 10 bar of pressure
• Capacity: 3, 5, 10, 15, 19, 24 or 30 elements with a maximum length of 40”

63 series

• Easily positionable and free-standing filter housing
• Divisible through easy replacement of elements
• V-clamp closure for quick and reliable closing
• Capacity: 3, 5, 10 or 15 elements with a length of 20”or 40”

64 series

• Equal to 63 series but with the inclusion of support legs for easy installation in existing pipework.

65 series

• Equipped with support legs
• Operating pressure up to 16 bar
• Convex bottom for complete drainage of the filter housing
• Capacity: 3, 5 or 10 elements with a length of 20”or 40”

66 series

• The biggest of the series and specially designed for higher capacities
• Suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting
• Capacity: up to 30 filter cartridges with a maximum length of 60”
